What we can collect

Share the item description, address and any contact details for the seller or store.
We arrange the logistics

We can liaise with the seller or shop to confirm timing, access and any special instructions.
Collection and delivery

We collect the item, secure it in the van and deliver it to your home. We can take it up stairs and into the right room, not just drop it at the kerb.
Optional disposal of old items

If agreed in advance, we can also remove old appliances or furniture to help you free up space.

We can collect most large household items that fit safely in our van, such as sofas, wardrobes, beds, mattresses, white goods and bulky purchases from shops or charity stores. If you’re unsure, send a photo or link and we’ll confirm.
Yes. If you’d like us to, we can contact the seller or shop to arrange the collection time and access details so everyone knows what’s happening.
In most cases you pay the seller directly (online or in person) and we handle the collection and delivery. If you need us to handle payment at the door, that must be agreed in advance and may not always be possible.
Often, yes. If we’ve agreed it before the job, we can remove old domestic items like sofas or appliances as part of the trip. Let us know what needs to go so we can price it correctly and check it’s suitable to take.
If our schedule allows, we’re happy to help with urgent collections. The more flexibility you have on timing, the easier it is to fit you in – but it’s always worth asking.
