We can collect from most major retailers and local stores, including IKEA, Dunelm, Argos, Next and charity warehouses, as long as they’re within a reasonable driving distance of Sussex.
Ideally yes, or someone you trust should be there. We’ll need access to the property and to know exactly where you want each item assembled and positioned.
It depends on the furniture – a simple bedside table might take minutes; a large wardrobe or bed can take hours. When you send us the product details or links, we can give a rough idea of how much time to allow.
If we discover that screws, fixings or panels are missing or damaged, we’ll stop and let you know. You’ll usually need to contact the retailer for replacement parts; we can then return to complete the build once everything’s available.
We’ll stack the cardboard and packaging neatly so it’s ready for recycling or disposal. If you’d like us to remove it completely, let us know in advance – we can often do this for an extra fee.
